Kirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained by DaVita Kidney Care to identify a Senior Director, Clinical Services (Senior Director) for the Mid-Atlantic market (aka the Titan Market). The MidAtlantic market includes North Carolina, Kentucky, Indiana, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Southeast Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

For DaVita, clinical strategy is business strategy, and the Senior Director will play a critical role in advancing both.
Reporting to the Group Vice President (Group VP), the Senior Director is responsible for setting the clinical strategy, operationalizing strategic initiatives, driving high-quality outcomes and patient safety, and overseeing clinical education across a large, multi-state market supporting approximately 400+ dialysis clinics and hospital programs. This role leads the Group’s Clinical Landscape and strategic clinical alignment for outcomes, quality, and safety in partnership with the Group VP by proactively identifying issues and creating action and implementation plans.

- Enjoy a highly competitive compensation package that rewards performance. The total compensation range for the role is $145,000 - $200,000. Relocation assistance provided.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSN required, advanced degree preferred. Current RN license required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, including demonstrated success leading leaders, driving clinical outcomes, and scaling initiatives across multi-site operations.
- The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on leadership style and is energized by spending time in the field supporting teams and patients to improve outcomes.
- Experience working within a highly regulated healthcare environment; dialysis, nephrology, ambulatory, or other complex multi-site healthcare experience preferred.
- Strategic clinical planning capabilities and data driven decision making.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% throughout the Mid-Atlantic market.
