Senior Director, Solutions Development 

Primary Duties 

The position is responsible for the strategic planning, design, and development of advanced 
telecommunications solutions, including Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), radio 
frequency (RF) engineering, and in-building wireless systems.  

Responsibilities include: 

• Provide leadership for wireless network architecture development 
• RF system design, propagation modeling, interference analysis, capacity modeling, and 
  performance optimization  
• Technical evaluation of wireless technologies
• Engineering oversight
• Standards development
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders, customers, carriers, original equipment 
  manufacturers, and third-party vendors.  

Minimum Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a 
  related field.
• Ten (10) years of experience in RF engineering and DAS solution development.  
  Special Skills
  • Qualified candidates must possess knowledge and experience in: 
    In-building wireless systems 
    Small cell technologies 
    Fiber infrastructure 
    RF propagation principles 
    RF planning and modeling tools, including iBwave, Atoll or equivalent platforms
