Requirements
What You’ll Do as a Senior Clinician
As a Senior Occupational Therapist at SuperYou, you will:
- Lead complex cases across NDIS, paediatric and adult settings, using advanced clinical reasoning
- Provide clinical mentorship and supervision to emerging clinicians, sharing your expertise
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and support networks to deliver person-centred, neuro-affirming therapy
- Contribute to service development, including protocols, practice resources and quality improvement initiatives
- Deliver assessments and interventions across home, school, work and community settings
- Champion neuro-affirming practice, modelling strengths-based, flexible approaches
- Participate in professional development and contribute to SuperYou’s clinical community of practice.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- 3–5+ years post-registration experience with demonstrated depth in OT practice
- Experience with complex cases and ability to work with autonomy
- Supervision or mentoring experience (formal or informal and willingness to develop in this area)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to neuro-affirming, person-centred practice
- WA Driver’s Licence (or willing to obtain).
Desirable
- Experience working in NDIS-funded services
- Additional qualifications or specialisations (sensory integration, mental health, assistive technology, etc.)
- Interest in leadership, clinical governance or service development
- Experience in hybrid/telehealth service delivery
