Positions: Director / Felony caseload
Staff Attorney – Felony caseload
Staff Attorney – Misdemeanor caseload
Location: Clark County Public Defender Office, 50 East Columbia Street, Suite 101, Springfield, Clark County, Ohio 45502
Director/Supervisor: James D. Marshall
Salary: $60,000 – $125,000 annually (dependent on experience/qualifications)
County benefits: Health Care Insurance; Paid vacation; Paid sick leave

Required Licenses and or Certificates:
Licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and in good standing or sat for most recent Ohio bar exam. If not currently licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, passing the most recent Ohio bar exam will be a condition of continued employment. A current, valid driver license and safe, reliable personal vehicle available for county business use, and vehicle insurance that meets or exceeds the statutory minimum for the State of Ohio is also required.
