Perth Shoulder Physio is seeking an experienced physiotherapist who wants more than a standard clinic role.

This is an opportunity to develop specialist expertise in shoulder rehabilitation, build a strong caseload, and become a partner in a future Perth Shoulder Physio clinic.

Perth Shoulder Physio is a specialist physiotherapy clinic focused exclusively on shoulder conditions, including:

• Rotator cuff related pain
• Frozen shoulder
• Shoulder instability
• Gym and sporting shoulder injuries
• Post-operative rehabilitation

We have built strong referral relationships and a reputation for high-quality shoulder care.

The Opportunity

Initially, you will work within our established Duncraig clinic while developing advanced shoulder assessment and rehabilitation skills.

You will receive mentorship, support, and the opportunity to build a consistent caseload.

Over time, the right candidate may have the opportunity to:

• Lead and grow a second clinic location
• Develop referral networks
• Become an equity partner in the business
• Build a respected niche career in shoulder physiotherapy

About You

• 4+ years private practice physiotherapy experience
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Interest in shoulder pathology and rehabilitation
• Drive to grow professionally and commercially
• Leadership potential and an entrepreneurial mindset

Remuneration

Competitive remuneration package based on experience, including:

• Base salary
• Performance incentives
• Percentage of billings
