Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our established and
growing multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic. This full-time position offers the opportunity to
collaborate with a dedicated team of 4 other SLPs, along with Occupational and Physical therapy
professionals, in providing exceptional care to children and their families. The ideal candidate is
enthusiastic about working in pediatrics, values teamwork, and thrives in a collaborative environment
focused on evidence-based, child- and family-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication, and swallowing evaluations for
children with diverse needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s goals.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and fellow team members to support progress across
home, school, and community settings.
Accurately document evaluations, plans of care, and therapy sessions in compliance with clinic
standards.
Stay current with best practices, evidence-based interventions, and new developments in
pediatric speech-language pathology.
Inpatient Saturdays and holidays coverage on a rotational basis.

Education, training, experience:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current or eligible licensure by the Board of Speech Language Pathology for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Certification or in the process of certification with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association BLS CPR certification. One or more years of pediatric clinical experience is preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome to apply. Training or interest in specialty areas such as feeding, autism spectrum disorder, or assistive technology is preferred.

Requirements
