Vascular Surgeon | Nashville, TN

AVA is seeking a full-time Vascular Surgeon to join our established, physician-led Office-Based Lab (OBL) in Nashville, Tennessee. Our practice specializes in the treatment of Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) and superficial and deep venous disease, utilizing advanced interventional technologies in a setting focused on continuity of care, clinical autonomy, and exceptional patient outcomes. This is a rare opportunity to combine complex vascular intervention, a predictable outpatient schedule, and a clear pathway to practice ownership.

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced endovascular procedures with a primary focus on PAD and venous disease treatment
• Manage patients throughout the full continuum of care, from consultation through follow-up
• Grow your practice through community engagement, referral development, and patient education
• Collaborate with a network of vascular specialists and a support team that manages operational and administrative functions

Requirements

Qualifications

• MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in Vascular Surgery
• Completion of an accredited Vascular Surgery fellowship
• Active Tennessee medical license, or ability to obtain one
• 3+ years of interventional/vascular experience preferred — strong recent fellowship graduates are also encouraged to apply
• A genuine interest in practice building, community outreach, and patient education

Salary Range: $500,000 to $700,000
