Three Trails Animal Hospital is hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, well-established team in Independence, MO. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a recent graduate, you’ll find a supportive environment that values growth, teamwork, and delivering exceptional patient care.
What to Expect:
- Salary: $100,000–$120,000 depending on experience
- Production Bonus: 21% production (Total Earning Potential: Up to $150,000+)
- Sign-on Bonus: Sign-on bonus & relocation assistance available
- Schedule: Enjoy a true work-life balance with a consistent 4-day schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8am–6pm), every other Saturday (8am–2pm), no on-call responsibilities, and time off on Sundays and all major holidays

- Over 300 years of veterinary experience. 67 years of post-secondary education & 20 Post-Secondary Degrees, including: Associates of Arts, Associates of Applied Sciences (Veterinary Technology), Bachelor of Science in Poultry, Wildlife Biology, Fisheries and Wildlife, and Animal Science, Certified Veterinary Assistant certifications, and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
- Our Pets include: 46 dogs, 19 cats, 2 rats, 3 horses, 20 goats, 27 chickens, 40 tarantulas, 1 scorpion, 2 hissing cockroaches, 2 snakes, 6 lizards, 1 rabbit, 1 turkey, and 1 bull
- We have 33 Children and 10 grandchildren

Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Valid veterinary license in the state of Missouri
- A collaborative spirit and genuine investment in patient care and client education
