In your day-to-day, you will:
As Medical Director, your responsibilities will include:
Providing medical leadership and strategic direction for the hospital
Partnering with the Hospital Director to achieve operational excellence
Mentoring and developing a talented team of veterinarians
Leading medical quality assurance and continuing education initiatives
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention of exceptional clinicians
Promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Maintaining a partial clinical caseload to remain actively involved in patient care
