We are looking for a personable and passionate Physio to join our team on a part-time or casual basis in a role taking small group Physio-led Pilates.

As a Physiotherapist/Pilates Instructor, you will have the chance to deliver gold standard clinical exercise sessions and teach Pilates to small groups in our studios. We have a fabulous Physio team of 29 Physio including 9 APA Titled Physio's.

We deliver contemporary sports/musculoskeletal/women’s health/exercise Physiotherapy to our fabulous local patients and look after several sporting teams within our local communities. Our philosophy is to address our patients presenting problems with the most up to date evidence-based treatment methods, identify and remove their contributing factors and then deliver exercise-based programs that will make them stronger, more resilient and less prone to injury in the future. 

We are looking for a Physio who has an interest in Pilates based rehab. We have a large Clinical Pilates program with over 140 equipment classes which have our clients completing individual programs in a small group environment (max 3 people per session). 

We have Pilates Mentors as part of our team to help foster your learning and develop your rehab skills. Our Pilates programs incorporates rehab exercise and strength and conditioning components as part of maximising our patients journey to recovery. They are goal based and outcome focussed.

This would suit someone who is looking for some extra hours to supplement their current role, someone returning to work in a part-time capacity or someone with school aged children. Hours and days are negotiable with a mix of daytime, evening and weekend work available.

•      Good clinical reasoning and physiotherapy knowledge 
•      Willingness to continue to expand your clinical skills and knowledge base
•      Ability to develop excellent rapport with your clients and maintain a loyal caseload
•      Be passionate about life long optimal health
•      Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
•      Have a proactive approach, be hardworking, and strive for excellence
•      Have an interest in Pilates based rehab 

Advantageous skills:

Equipment Pilates (Polestar or APPI) skills highly advantageous.
